Audible approached me with an exciting opportunity: to create a 30” trailer for Bill Bryson’s latest audio book “The Appliance of Science”. The only snag was I only had five days to design and animate the entire spot!

Because the cover design had already been created, I at least had some illustrative assets to play with. I decided to expand its blueprint style into a layered 3D space to create a feeling of real depth and texture.

I'm always up for a challenge and in this case it paid off. In fact it turned out to be a fun project to work on!
